It's a fun day at the local amusement park for Billy and his cousin Heather until Billy decides to shoot an unauthorized video of the park's newest coaster, "Hi-Dive." Addicted to Drop Tower, Billy pulls his cousin to ride that, sitting in the back of the park before trying out the new coaster.
